The Carers Centre in East Sussex, supporting unpaid carers aged 16 and over, through the following services:
- ‘Gateway’ helpline – information, advice, support & access to other services
- One-to-one support and advice sessions
- Support to complete Carers Self-Assessments
- Carers groups, including specialist groups for carers of people with MH issues and for young adult carers
- Counselling service – up to 12 free sessions
- Support to access grants – e.g. for respite, equipment, white goods
- Carer engagement opportunities, such as forums and consultations
